My role requires a sound technical basis, a strong will to learn, excellent oral and written expression and a wide range of more specific behavioural skills. I mean : a) a keen interest in technology innovation, the ability to collect and understand new information, plus organisational and business sensitivity in order to successfully deploy and maintain IT architectures; b) strategic vision, analytical and synthetic intelligence, imagination and proactivity in order to formulate and validate solutions; c) a persistent goal-driven approach, flexibility, determination, planning and control attitude, teambuilding to achieve actual results.
I drive deep collaboration with clients and I plan, consult and organize IBM technology solutions to solve both broad and industry specific problems that bring business value.
I work with a multidisciplinary team of Technical Specialists to simplify and accelerate ideation, design and development process of innovative digital solutions.
I work with sales team to show effectively technology advantages to increase and discover opportunities with cross-industry clients.
